the waiting time grows stretched
my restless heart impatient for together
would that time were liquid, flowing
i would lift the glass of heavy hours
drink them down in haste and greed
swift cast the glass aside and wait
for that first glimpse of xanadu
pounding heart and short caught breath
eyes eager for your loving smile
the infinite knowing of completion

So come you now
To Xanadu
Where sun shines
brightly
Past morning dew
And bring you now
Your fertile flood
Carrying fragile
Yet
Vigorous blood
To hidden cavern
Past
Was devastate
Now Spoken gems
To designate
And Opening
This
The Barren tree
Now
Birthing her back
to greenery
I hope you have a good trip!
